During my internship at Ario, I developed infographics to support their financial software platform's client onboarding flow. When additional customer identification was required, my infographics worked as visual aids to improve both the customer's experience and the company's bottom line. Customers could more easily understand what what pieces of identification were being asked of them and how to correctly submit them. This resulted in higher quality customer ID uploads, and made it much quicker to verify the customer's identity.
