During my internship at Ario, I developed infographics to support their financial platform's client KYC onboarding flow. When additional customer identification was required, my infographics worked as visual aids to improve both the customer experience and the company's conversion rate. Users could more easily understand what what pieces of identification were being requested from them and how to correctly submit them. This resulted in higher quality customer ID uploads, and made it significantly quicker to verify the customer's identity.
